  We pre-booked a cab from this company a few days in advance to take us to and from a wedding at hithe barn in petersfield. We were due to be picked up at 11.30pm, so we waited at the spot we were dropped off outside for 20 minutes, but they didn't show so we called them asking where they were. They said they were there at 11.30 and had waited 5 minutes and gone. We explained that they never called to say they were there and we had been waiting outside with no sign of them. They told us that they wouldn't be able to come back to collect us until 2.30am! Completely unacceptable. We were out in the sticks, no other cab companies available so were stranded outside in the cold with no where to go. Unbelievable that they could do this. Will be warning all friends about this company and would never use again.
